Chapter 4 Troubleshooting Procedures
To clear an original document jam:
Open the Scanner cover by holding the Scanner cover release.1.
Lift the original document from the machine.2.
Gently close the Scanner cover, making sure both sides are snapped down securely. Then re-try the 3.
transmission.
