Chapter 5 Disassembly
Remove the printer cover unit.1.
Remove the image transfer unit.2.
Remove the drive tension section of the fusing unit.3.
Remove the transport gear.4.
Release the spring and remove the drive gear section of the fusing unit.5.
Remove the fusing guide plate.6.
Remove the four fusing unit mounting screws and remove the fusing unit.7.
NOTE:
On re-assembly, route the white wire over the blue wire or the fusing guide plate will not mount
correctly.
