4.3.7 GPRS/CDMA-1X Schedule Cfg (Level 4)
The schedule set-up menu is provided to configure the GPRS/CDMA-1X communication schedule.
NOTE: If the Callback mode (Option 6 in Section 4.3.3) is not set to 1 (GPRS/CDMA), then this
schedule has no effect.

Option 0
Select this option to return to the Comms Cfg menu.
Option 1
When this option is selected you will be prompted to enter the length of time in seconds that you want the
iRIS to keep each GPRS/CDMA-1X session active.
> Duration (sec)=
Enter a value of 0 if you want to maintain a continuous GPRS/CDMA-1X session.
Option 2
When this option is selected, you will be prompted to enter the length of time in minutes between each
successive GPRS/CDMA-1X session being established.

Option 3
When this option is selected you will be prompted to enter a string representing the time at which the iRIS
320 is allowed to start establishing GPRS/CDMA-1X sessions.

Option 4
When this option is selected you will be prompted to enter a string representing the time at which the iRIS
320 must stop establishing GPRS/CDMA-1X sessions.
> Stop Time (HHNN)=
In this example, the GPRS/CDMA-1X link is established once per hour (frequency = 60 minutes), for a time
of 5 minutes (duration = 300 seconds) starting at 6:00am and ceasing after 6pm. Set the start time to 00:00
(0000) and end time to 23:59 (2359) for the on/off cycle to apply regularly throughout the complete day.
