Rest the paper stack in the feeder.

❒ You cannot use paper smaller than A5 L.
❒ Paper smaller than A5 L can only be loaded when the PC Interface Kit is
installed.

Before you can use it, you must change the paper size setting for the Multi-
purpose Feeder using Function 36. See P.97 “Changing the Paper Size Set-
tings”.
