Function It suspends the system function to automatically set the '800' access code so that
trunk access codes such as 800, 801, 802, and 803 can be dialed and the call is
connected in the Stand-alone mode.
The user must enter the desired access code, and press the digits(default).
This CLI sets the currently active status, and if the setting needs to be maintained
during system booting, it must be saved in the CLI’s pstnmenu.
Procedure 1. At the SMG-3200 prompt, type 'On800,' and press [Enter].
