[1] PSTN Rerouting Insert Digit
Function The SMG-3200 system provides a function called PSTN rerouting (or PSTN
Detour). PSTN rerouting is used to reroute a call set by a VOIP to PSTN network
bypassing an IP network in the case of having poor QoS (Quality Of Service), or
detecting IP network being busy or disconnected or in error.
At the time of PSTN rerouting, an access code is required for PABX or KTS
connected to SMG-3200 to access the PSTN trunk line depending on the
environment of the operating site. This access code can be specified.
Procedure 1. In the <PSTN Configuration Menu> screen, type ‘1’, and press [Enter].
2. To change the access code for PSTN Rerouting, type ‘0’, and press [Enter].

3. Input a trunk access code, and press [Enter].
