4.7 Memory module
Removing the Memory module
To remove the memory module, make sure the computer is powered off, follow the steps below
and refer to Figure 4-6 and 4-7.
CAUTION: When removing the memory module, make sure the computer is powered off.
Removing a memory module with the power on might damage the module or the
computer itself.
Do not touch the connectors on the memory module or on the computer. Dust
and stains on the connectors may cause memory access problems.
Never press hard or bend the memory module.
1. Loosen two screws and remove the MEM COV ASSY.
