Error code 75
Cooling Down
The machine is cooling down inside for protection.
The machine indicates “Cooling Down” in one of the conditions below.
(1) The temperature inside the machine is too high.
(2) Both ends of the heat roller are at different temperatures.
(3) The paper media is replaced.
Error code 99
Size Error DX
Press Cancel. Specify the correct paper and load the same size paper
as the Printer driver setting.
Specified paper size is not supported for duplex printing (DX).

- Check if the selected paper is supported for duplex printing.
- Check the size setting of the tray to feed paper.
Error code 9B (* This error can be found out only in “Maintenance mode 82”.)

Request on developing bias voltage adjustment

- The machine starts implementing the developing bias voltage adjustment automatically
when it enters the standby status.

Out of Memory
Add more Memory.
Insufficient DIMM memory

- Install additional DIMM memory.

DIMM Error
Make sure that the DIMM is inserted correctly.
Defective DIMM is installed.

- Check if the DIMM is installed correctly.
- Replace the DIMM with a new one.
