Registering numbers

dialing through
a PBX
One-touch dialing
When
you
register
a
long
distance
number,
you
may
have
to
insert
a
pause
either
within
or after
the
number.
The location of the
pause
and
the
actual
pause
time
may
differ depending on
the telephone system.
lf
you
experience
problems
with long
distance
dialing of
numbers registered
for
One-touch
or Coded speed
dialing,
contact
your
Canon authorized dealer.
To insert
a
pause
in the number,
press
Tp
A-T]l3_-l. Pauses
are shown
in the
display
ASAP.

pause
entered at the
end of a number
is
displayed
as
an
upper-case P and
gives
a
10
second
pause
in dialing.

outside
line
number when
you
register
a
number for
One-touch
dialing.
