Gleaning
a dirty
platen
When
a
jam
occurs and
the
paper
does
not feed
correctly
to the
printer,
the
bubble
jet
cartridge
may
print
directly on the
platen.
This ink
on
the
platen
may
stain
the
back of
your
paper.
Follow this
procedure
to
clean
ink
stains from the
printer platen.

paper
in
the
printer
feed tray.
