Sets the
printer
for
bi-directional
printing.
In
other
words,
the
print
head
prints
in
both directions
as
it
moves to
the
righl
and
left
across
the
paper.
This
setting
prints
and
copies documents
much faster.
OFF
Sets
the
printer
lor
unidirectional
printing.
The
print
head
prints
only
in
one direction
when it
moves
across
the
page
from right to left,
and does
not
print
as
it
moves
back
to the
right. This
setting
is much
slower.
However,
unidirectional
printing
improves the
print
quality
of documents
that
contain
graphics,
especially
vertical lines.
