set up

ready
to
use.

In
order to
gain
access
to most telephone
information
services,
you
have
to
use tone
dialing,
even
if
you
are
connected
to
a
pulse
line. lf
you
are connected
through
a
pulse
line,
follow
this
procedure
to
set
the
fax temporarily
for
tone
dialing.

type the first
number
of
the
telephone
number
you
want
to
dial.
After
you press
the first
key, the
display
changes.

complete

When making
the initial
call to the information service,
you
can use
either tone
or
pulse
dialing.

information
service answers,
you
then
have to send the appropriate
slgna/s using
tone dialing.
