Follow

procedure
to
set up
your
fax to
send
a
document in response
to
a
polling
request from
another fax.

To cancel
polling
before
the fax sends
fhe document,
just
remove
the document
from the document
tray.

lights
and
remains
on.
2 Feed
the
document into the fax.

Eecause the

fax,
the
receiving
unit has no control
over these
settings.
You
can
now leave
the fax
unattended. The fax
sends

polling
request from
another
fax
machine,
but only
if the
8-digit
polling
lDs
match.

receives the
polling
request, the fax displays:

Then the following
