Contents of Settings
Details of each setting are described as follows;
Items and their setting ranges shown on the screen and their descriptions are explained in
detail. The underlined setting ranges indicate the default settings.
[Setup] tab
[Copies]: 1 to 999
Specifies the number of copies of the print job.
[Orientation]: Portrait and Landscape
Specified the print orientation.
[Paper]-[Original Paper]
Specified the original size set on the application.
For Europe/Others : A3R, A4, A4R, A5R, B4R, B5, B5R, B6R, 8K, 16K, 16KR, F4, Ledger,
Legal, Statement, Letter and Letter R
For US: A3, A4R, A4, A5R, B5R, B5, Legal, Letter, Letter R and Statement
[Paper]-[Paper size]
Specifies the paper size used for printing.
For Europe/Others : A3R, A4, A4R, A5R, B4R, B5, B5R, B6R, 8K, 16K, 16KR, F4, Ledger,
Legal, Statement, Letter and Letter R
For US: A3, A4R, A4, A5R, B5R, B5, Legal, Letter, Letter R and Statement
[Paper]-[Zoom]: 25% to 400% (default value: 100%)
Specifies the expansion and reduction rates at the time of printing.
[Paper]-[Paper Tray]: Auto, Tray 1, Tray 2, Tray 3, Tray 4 and Bypass tray
Specifies the paper tray which holds the paper to be used for printing.
When [Auto] is specified, papers are automatically fed from the tray that has a appropriate
paper size specified by a user.
When [Bypass tray] is specified, you can feed paper from the bypass tray.
In order to specify [Tray 3] or [Tray 4], the DB (optional Paper Tray) must be attached to the
copier.
