OkiLAN 6100e+ Set Up for
Windows 95/98
Overview
This section contains instruction and information on
how to set up your OkiLAN 6100e+ for a Windows 95/
98 environment. Print options for Windows 95/98
include:
OkiLAN 6100e+ Connect for TCP/IP
OkiLAN 6100e+ Connect for DLC
OkiLAN 6100e+ Connect for IPX/SPX
OkiLAN 6100e+ Connect for TCP/IP
OkiLAN 6100e+ Connect for TCP/IP is a full featured
utility that allows simple, direct, TCP/IP printing from
your computer to a printer attached to an OKI TCP/IP
enabled print server. With OkiLAN 6100e+ Connect,
you can even print to print servers using Dynamic IP
addresses (DHCP). Print jobs printed through OkiLAN
6100e+ Connect are sent directly to the OkiLAN
6100e+ print server and not routed through the network
server, resulting in a reduction of network traffic.
System Requirements
To use OkiLAN 6100e+ Connect for TCP/IP, your
operating system must be Windows 95/98 and your
computer must be configured to run TCP/IP. The
OkiLAN 6100e+ print server must also be configured
