Filling the Moistener (DM400c Only)
Refer to the following procedure to refill the moistener.
1. Check the moist en er tank to see how much sealing so lu tion is
left.
2. Open the feeder access cover and
remove the moistener bottle.

3. Remove the moistener bottle cap
and fill the moistener bottle with
Pitney Bowes E-Z Seal
®
sealing
solution. We rec om mend E-Z Seal
®
be cause it helps keep your moist-
en er clean and im proves seal ing
ef fi cien cy.
4. Replace the moistener bottle cap
and place the bottle back in its
original location.
5. Close the feeder access cover.
