list.
12. Select OK to save your changes and close the configuration dialog box.
13. Close the Local Area Connection Properties dialog box.
Team Type Description
Adapter Fault
Tol erance
Provides for one active connection with the remaining connections in a standby
state.
Adaptive Load
Balance
The transmitted data is balanced across the team with one port acting as the
receiver.
Static Link
Aggregation (SLA)
All ports act together presenting one MAC for throughput performance
increase. Switch must be configured for SLA before the team is created.
Note: Most contemporary switches support SLA.
