Remote Control
Remote Control
The FrameScope Pro can be controlled
through a web interface. This can be done
using the standard Test Port on the side of
the FrameScope or with the optional
Auxiliary Port on the top of the instrument.
For both methods, users have to install the
latest FrameScope Pro Upgrade Utility. The
essential files for remote control are
installed using this installer. This can be
found in the CDROM supplied. Users can
also download from the web. Please visit
www.framescope.com
Click on Remote Control in the System
Settings and you will see the following
screen.
This shows the status of the web server as
well as the status of the remote control; that
is, which port this remote control
application uses. It also shows the IP
address, subnet mask and default gateway
of the designated port.
This screen can also show whether the link
for the remote control is working.
