Generating Network Traffic
6 Press the box buttons to enter the
Frame Type, MAC source, and MAC
Destination. See “Traffic
Generation” on page 158. Note that
if you select an IP type frame, you
will get additional selections for IP
Source and IP Destination.
7 Press the Start button to begin
generating traffic. The Traffic
Generator activity screen is
displayed.
8 Observe the traffic statistics. For more
information on the results, see “Traffic
Generation” on page 158.
9 If you want to change traffic
parameters press the Back key to
return to the Parameters and Frame
tabs. To restart the test press Start.
