Configuring
STP Port
Parameters
The Spanning Tree Port Configuration Menu allows you to
configure and manage the STP parameters of each port on the
IntraSwitch.
▲ Important! You should NOT configure any
STP port parameters unless you have experi-
ence with the IEEE 802.1d specification.
To configure the STP Port Parameters:

Type c in the Spanning Tree Configuration
Menu.
The STP Port Configuration Menu appears,
similar to Figure 7-2.

Type s to select a port number.

Type o to set the port priority value for the
port.

Enter the port priority value, then press
Return.

of port priority.
