Documents Received in Memory
The FAX-L250 will automatically receive incoming faxes into its memory if it encounters a problem that
prevents it from printing normally. The LCD will display a message showing the problem. See below for
correcting the problem.
The FAX-L250 memory can store up to approximately 90 A4-size pages.
Messages Displayed When Documents are Received in
Memory
If the FAX-L250 receives a document into its memory, the LCD displays one of the following messages.
These messages show the action you must take to correct the problem.
Cause: The toner cartridge ran out of toner or is not installed properly.
Action: Make sure the cartridge is installed properly, and install a new one if necessary. See
Installing/Replacing the Toner Cartridgeon page 2-27.
Cause: There is no toner cartridge in the FAX-L250, or the front cover is open.
Action: Close the front cover or install a toner cartridge. See Installing/Replacing the Toner
Cartridgeon page 2-27.
