108 Web-Based Network Management
The Switch supports up to three trunk groups. Trunks are groups of ports that are banded together to form a
single, logical, high-bandwidth data pipe.
Items in the above window are defined as follows:
Anchor
The Anchor port for the trunk group. All configuration settings changes made to the anchor port
will automatically be made to the other ports in the trunk.
Name
The user-assigned name of the trunk group.
Members
The continuous number of ports that will be members of the trunk group.
State
Allows the trunk group to be
Enabled
or
Disabled
.
Switch
This field allows you to select the desired Switch.

The Switch allows you to copy frames transmitted and received on a port and redirect the copies to another
port. You can attach a monitoring device to the mirrored port, such as a sniffer or an RMON probe, to view
details about the packets passing through the first port.
