This command reads the current system time from the network. If the system time
cannot be obtained, "ERROR" is returned.

6.14.2 Interface Description
The set command sets the MDN and MIN in the subscription information about a
subscriber.
6.14.3 Parameter Description
<MDN>: A string with double quotation marks, consisting of 10 digits (0–9).
<MIN>: A string with double quotation marks, consisting of 10 digits (0–9).
