If the following condition is satisfied, its code is deleted using the deleting operation.
Date of the deleting (Year, Month)
м Date of the last access (Year, Month) + programmed period + 1
[Ex.] Date of the deleting = (1 to 31)/8/2008, Period = 12 months:
