Y/Cformatsmaybeinterlacedorprogressivescan.Forinterlacedcapture,thecapturewindowsare
programmedidenticallytoBT.656mode.Forprogressivescanformats,onlyfield1isused.
InY/Cmode,HCOUNTincrementsoneverylumasampleperiod(everyVCLKINArisingedge)forwhich
captureisenabled.OnceYCOUNT=YSTART,linecapturebeginswhenHCOUNT=XSTART.It
