Pressing this key clears all of the values that you entered.

Each press of this key deletes the values that you are
entering one by one.

Pressing this key after highlighting the value with the
key deletes the value.

Pressing this key permits the insertion of a desired character
before (in front of) an existing character highlighted by the
cursor. Press this key again to exit the Insert mode.
• There are three ways of specifying the remote FAX: by the digital keys and by the SPEED DIAL key,
and One Touch keys.
You can also specify remote FAXes by group using the SPEED DIAL key.
• The SPEED DIAL function is handy if you enter frequently called remote FAXes beforehand. (

page 2-18.)
The group feature is handy if you want to send the same original to two or more remote FAXes in a
single operation. (
See page 2-20.)
• Keypad: Press these keys to enter the remote FAX number.
• SPEED DIAL: Select an abbreviated number that is entered in the TEL LIST to specify the remote
FAX.
The number of the remote FAX must already be entered to the TEL LIST. (
See page 4-8.)
• One Touch: Press a key that is already entered in the TEL LIST. (
See page 4-10.)
You can search for remote FAXes by spelling.
• Group: Enter the group number that is already entered as a group. This way you can specify two or
more remote FAXes merely by specifying a single group. The numbers of the remote FAXes in the
group must already be entered to the group. (
See page 4-12.)
You can search for groups by spelling.
• REDIAL key: Jobs (max. 100 telephone numbers), which are ready to be resent in the transmission
memory appear on the message display panel. you can refax each by selecting a telephone number.
