This section describes the procedures to delete an exiting Open Mailbox within the hub unit.
Note
If a document exists in the Open Mailbox that you want to delete, this operation is not allowed until
the document is retrieved, printed, or canceled from the Open Mailbox.

Enter the password and press the key.
• Make sure that the correct password is entered.
Otherwise, the Message Display shows “Invalid number”.
• When deletion is accepted, the message as shown right is
displayed and the display returns to the screen in Step 2.
