3.4.7 Drive Circuit for Gate Solenoid

Gate solenoid driven by the driver transistor (Q1) is a solenoid which is used to switch an original into
the reverse tray when in the duplex scanning mode.
When the GSOL-ON-Signal level is set to “L”, the reverse flapper goes down and the original is trans-
ported to the reverse tray.
