2 Click on the extension for the user account you want to edit.
The user account appears. You can edit personal information from this menu, specify the user type
(administrator or user), and view the phone model, IP address and MAC address assigned to this
phone.
Note: You can also set specific key types (depending on the User’s phone model) for the phone, and
specify which key types display for a User to select from. The administrator is not restricted by the
softkey subset defined in the “Default Softkey Permissions” and the target user account “Softkey
Permissions”. Administrators can therefore, assign specific softkeys to a user, which the user
themselves is not permitted to modify.
