Executes the initial settings for the
“Ext. Network” menu.

Allows selections to set up the TCP/
IP network information for the
network interface board. After
selecting a setting for each TCP/IP
item, execute “Regis. Settings” to
enable the values selected.
Regis. Settings
Registers the TCP/IP settings
selected above for the network
interface board.
Maint. Setup
Cleaning at ON On*, Off
Determines whether or not the
printhead is cleaned when the printer
is powered on.

Panel Reset
Panel Reset
Initializes the operation panel menus
and restores the default settings. A
panel reset does not affect the “Ext.
Network” settings.
*1. If the date and time setting of the computer where the printer is connected are
not correct, the printhead may clean itself too frequently and waste ink. Make
sure that all the date and time settings on the computer are correct.
