Problem 5: An extra page (one more than needed for the print job) was not loaded for
manual printing.
Solution: Always load one more sheet than is required for the print job in the tray
when executing a manual print job. (ÆP.2-18)
Service Call
Problem 1: The stopper and tape inside the printer under the back upper cover have
not been removed.
Solution: Switch off the printer, remove the back upper cover, remove the stopper
and tape, then switch the printer on again. (ÆSetup Guide)
Problem 2: A problem has occurred in the printer.
Solution: Switch the printer off. Wait three seconds then switch the printer on again.
Solution: If the procedures above do not restore normal operation of the printer, read
the message, note the message in the lower line of the display, switch the
printer off, and call for service.

Problem 1: The waste ink tank is nearly full and requires replacing very soon.
Solution: Call for service.
