Overview of the Cisco 12008
The cable management tray enables you to route the line card interface cables to or from
the system through the left side of the tray, keeping the cables organized, out of the way,
and free of kinks or sharp bends.
You direct the cables down to the individual ports on each line card, gauging cable
length appropriately to minimize slack in the cable before connecting it to a given port.
