3. Select a speed dial name in the speed dial list.
4. Touch Delete to delete the speed dial list.
5. Touch Yes to confirm the deletion; or, touch No to retain the list.
6. Touch OK to return to the Fax screen.
Delete a speed dial list on the HP LaserJet M3025 MFP, M3027 MFP, M4345 MFP, M5025 MFP, M5035 MFP,
M9040 MFP, M9050 MFP and HP Color LaserJet CM4730 MFP and CM6040 MFP Series
1. On the control panel main screen, touch the FAX icon to display the Fax screen.
2. Touch Speed Dial to display the Speed Dial screen.
3. Touch a Speed Dial number of the list to be deleted.
4. Touch Delete.
5. The next screen will ask to confirm the deletion.
6. Touch Yes to delete the speed dial list.
7. Touch Yes again to return to the Fax screen.
Delete a single number from the speed dial list
Delete a single number from a speed dial list on the HP LaserJet 4345mfp, 9040/9050mfp, and 5035mfp,
and the HP Color LaserJet 4730mfp, and 9500mfp
1. On the control panel main screen, touch the FAX icon to display the Fax screen.
2. Touch Speed Dial to display the Speed Dial screen.
3. Touch the check box in front of the speed dial which holds the number you wish to delete. You may
need to use the scroll arrows to display the speed dial name.
4. Touch Details to display the list of numbers for the speed dial.
5. Use the up and down scroll arrows to highlight a number to delete.
6. Touch Remove or Remove All.
7. Touch OK or Cancel.

M5025 MFP, M5035 MFP, M9040 MFP, M9050 MFP and HP Color LaserJet CM4730 MFP and CM6040 MFP
Series
1. On the control panel, touch the FAX icon to display the Fax screen.
2. Touch Speed Dials to display the Speed Dial screen.
3. Touch the Speed Dial number of the list to be edited.
4. Touch the Fax Numbers box to display the keyboard.
5. Scroll through the list of fax numbers and touch the screen to the right of last digit of the fax number
to be deleted. Use the backspace key to delete the fax number.
