Using Web-based Management for the BayStack 380-24F Gigabit Switch
Port Statistics Table Packets The number of packets received/transmitted on this port, including
bad packets, broadcast packets, and multicast packets.
Multicast The number of good multicast packets received/transmitted on
this port, excluding broadcast packets.
Broadcasts The number of good broadcast packets received/transmitted on
this port.
Total Octets The number of octets of data received/transmitted on this port,
including data in bad packets and FCS octets, and framing bits.
Packets = 64 bytes The number of packets this size received/transmitted successfully
on this port.
Packets 65-127 bytes The number of packets this size received/transmitted successfully
on this port.
Packets 128-255 bytes The number of packets this size received/transmitted successfully
on this port.
Packets 256-511 bytes The number of packets this size received/transmitted successfully
on this port.
Packets 512-1023 bytes The number of packets this size received/transmitted successfully
on this port.
Packets 1024 or more bytes The number of packets this size received/transmitted successfully
on this port.
Max 9216 Bytes The maximum number of packets received/transmitted successfully
on this port.
Control Packets The number of controlled packets received on the port.
FCS Errors The number of valid-size packets received on this port with proper
framing but discarded because of cyclic redundancy check (CRC)
errors.
Undersized Packets The number of packets received on this port with fewer than 64
bytes and with proper CRC and framing (also known as short
frames or runts).
Oversized Packets The number of packets that were received on this port with proper
CRC and framing that meet the following requirements:
1518 bytes if no VLAN tag exists
1522 bytes if a VLAN tag exists
Filtered Packets The number of packets filtered, but not forwarded on this port.
Flooded Packets The number of packets flooded (forwarded) through this port
because the destination address was not recognized in the
address database.
Frame Errors The number of valid-size packets received on this port but
discarded because of CRC errors and improper framing.
