WHEN THE GRAPHIC SYMBOLS FLASH ON THE TOUCH PANEL
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE FLASHING GRAPHIC SYMBOLS
The graphic display on the touch panel shows the
status of the machine. When one of the graphic
symbols flashes, take the appropriate action referring
to the page shown.
When one of the graphic symbols flashes, press
the
HELP key to display the guidance.
REPLACE TONER BAG symbol
Flashes when the toner bag becomes full of
used toner. Please call your service
technician to ask to have the used toner bag
replaced with a new one. Page 7-8
INVERTER MISFEED symbol
Flashes if a paper misfeed occurs in the
inverter during duplex copying. Page 7-12
SADDLE STITCH UNIT MISFEED symbol
Flashes if a paper misfeed occurs inside the
saddle stitch of the finisher (option).

FINISHER/HOLE PUNCH UNIT MISFEED

Flashes if a paper misfeed occurs inside the
finisher (optional) or the hole punch unit
(optional).

Flashes if a sheet of paper fails to be fed into
the machine during bypass copying.
