Note
The Tail cap contains a magnet. Do not bring an object easily affected by magnetic
interference (such as a credit card) close to the pen. Doing so may result in loss of recorded
data.
When attaching the pen hook to your VAIO computer, be sure to protect the glass surface of
the LCD screen. Lay the computer on a soft cloth to avoid damage to the LCD screen.
To prevent them from being swallowed, keep small parts (such as the nib, Tail cap, pen
hook, and battery) out of reach of children.

Detaching the pen from the pen hook starts your preferred app automatically. See Starting

Replacing the Nib (Digitizer Stylus supplied models)
The writing feeling of the supplied nib differs from the feeling of the attached nib. Replace the
nib with the supplied one to change the feeling.
1. Grasp the tip of the pen, then pull out straight.
2. Check the direction of the new nib and insert it into the barrel of the pen.

If the pen’s nib is lost or broken, contact an authorized Sony service/support center.
Using the Pen Stand (Digitizer Stylus supplied models)
You can keep the supplied pen (Digitizer Stylus) standing upright by using the pen stand.
1. Pull the pen stand (
