2. Connect traction drive cable to traction lever on ma-
chine handle:
A. Slide cable end onto traction lever and secure
with hair pin.
B. Secure cable to handle assembly with jam nut.
C. Make sure that cable boot is positioned over end
of cable.
3. Connect traction drive cable to traction idler bracket
under machine (Fig. 12):
A. Connect cable spring to idler bracket.
B. Position cable to chassis bracket.

D. Make sure that cable boot is positioned over end
of cable.
4. Secure high tension lead to spark plug.
