Netscape
To disable the proxy connection if you are using Netscape:
1. Turn the computer on.
2. Open Netscape.
3. Select Edit → Preferences to access the Preferences window
shown in
Figure 81.
4. In the Category window, select Advanced → Proxies.
5. Select Direct connection to the Internet.
6. Click OK.
7. Close Netscape.
8. Relaunch Netscape to enable the changes.
