Telekommunikation betrieben werden. Die Genehmigung wird erteilt, wenn keine elektromagnetischen

ist nach Paragraph 9 EMVG in Verbindung mit der entsprechenden Kostenverordnung (Amtsblatt 14/93)
kostenpichtig.
