Voice Guidance Settings
The volume and operation guidance mode can be set.
1. Press SETUP button on the control panel.
2. Press Admin Setup.
3. Enter an administrator’s password and press the Enter.
4. Press Management.
5. Press Guidance.
6. Select an item you want to set.

Manual
Set the operation guidance mode.
Auto: Voice guidance automatically starts whenever available.
Manual: When the voice guidance is available, press the
flashing Voice Guidance key to start the voice guidance. After
that, the voice guidance continues during a series of
operations.

Set the error reset guidance volume. When this is set to OFF,
