Envelopes may stall in the following areas:
Stall in
feeder area
Stall in printer
transport area
Stall in
moistener area
Stall in the
Moistener Area
1. To clear an envelope stall in the moistener area, lift up and remove the
moistener container as shown here. Leave the container out until
instructed to replace it.
2. Slide the moistener assembly straight out as shown in the figure above.
Be careful to keep the moistener assembly level or you can leak sealing
fluid
