Call for technical support.
19 Blinks—Transport error
Check to make sure that the transport deck is in the up position. If not, pull the deck up into
position so it locks in place. If you still get the same blink code, call for technical support.
20 Blinks—Printer maintenance controller software error
Refer to the Updates and Add-Ons section in Chapter 4 of this guide. Select the IntelliLink
TM
option from the "Updates and Add-Ons" menu. The system will dial Pitney Bowes and if an update
for your printer maintenance controller software is available, it will automatically download it for
you. If you still get the same blink code after downloading the update and rebooting your system,
call for technical support.
21 Blinks—System profiles missing
Refer to the Updates and Add-Ons section in Chapter 4 of this guide. Select the IntelliLink
TM
option
from the "Updates and Add-Ons" menu. The system will dial Pitney Bowes and if profile updates
are available, it will automatically download them for you. If you still get the same blink code after
downloading the updates and rebooting your system, call for technical support.
