Entering
the Pitney
Bowes Phone
Number
This is the number your system calls to add postage or perform updates
via the IntelliLink
TM
Control Centre. It is set by your Pitney Bowes
representative (866.297.8025). Do not change unless instructed to do so.
1. Press the
Options key.
2. Select
Setup Menu, then Basic Settings.
3. Press the
Options key then select Phone Setup.
4. Select
PB Phone Number.
CAUTION! If you change your mind and decide not to change
this number, press the CE/C key TWICE to back out of the
screen and retain the number.
5. If necessary, key in the phone number, including the area code.
6. Press
Enter. The display shows the phone number you entered.
5. Key in the prefix number you want. To enter a pound (#) sign, press
the Funds key; to enter an asterisk (*), press the Refill key.
6. To have the control centre pause after dialing the prefix, press the
decimal (.) key.
7. Press
Enter. The display shows the prefix you entered, including the
pause if you entered one.
