Clearing All
Accounts
You can clear all of the information from all of the accounts but still keep
the account names.
1. Press the
Options key.
2. Select
Setup Menu then Accounting Setup.
3. Select Clear All Accounts. The display asks if you want to
"reset the value of all accounts to zero".
CAUTION! Make sure you really want to clear all of the account
information; once you do, you cannot restore the account
information.
4. Select Yes (Enter key) to clear all the information.
Select No (
Options key) to cancel.
