Test Print /
Zero Dollar
Indicia
From time to time you or a Pitney Bowes Service Representative
may want to conduct a test print to determine if your DM Series print
mechanism is operating correctly. We recommend that you use the Test
Print or Zero dollar Indicia so that you do not waste your postage funds.
The following procedure outlines how to process a Test Print:
1. Press the
Custom Presets button.
2. Select
Dcorrect – Date Correction (option 3) and press
Enter to confirm.
3. The system will return back to the ready screen with a $0.00 value in
the top right hand corner and the message “Ready to Print” displayed.
Place your envelope or tape sheet in the feeder (DM230L) or press the
Tape button (DM330L & DM350L) and select the
number of prints you would like.
