FORWARDING RECEIVED DATA TO A
NETWORK ADDRESS (INBOUND
ROUTING SETTINGS)
The received fax data can be automatically forwarded to a specified e-mail address. When this function is enabled,
you can forward the received data to a specified address without printing it.
All Inbound Routing settings are configured in the Web page.
The following explanation assumes that the Web page has been accessed with administrator rights.
To activate Inbound Routing, configure the basic settings before specifying the destination.
CONFIGURING THE BASIC SETTINGS
Configure the basic settings of Inbound Routing.
Enabling the Inbound Routing function

In the menu frame, click [Inbound
Routing Settings].

Select [Enable] in [Inbound Routing].

Click the [Submit] button.
Changing the print style of received data

In the menu frame, click [Inbound
Routing Settings].

Select a print style in [Print Style
Setting].

Click the [Submit] button.
This function is available only when the network expansion kit is installed.
When a mobile telephone is set as a recipient, data may not be forwarded successfully depending on the type
of mobile telephone being used. Check in advance that the data can be sent to the mobile telephone and that
it can be displayed correctly.
