ESC 5 Select/Cancel automatic line feed.
ESC 6 Select character set 2.
ESC 7 Select character set 1.
ESC 8 Disable paper out detector.
ESC 9 Enable paper out detector.
ESC : Select 12 characters per inch.
ESC < Enable one line unidirectional printing.
ESC = Start downloading characters.
