when on-line (increments of 2400 bps).

&Fn n = 0, 8 or 9 &F loads factory default values from ROM.
*&F8 reads factory default values and switch
settings when &F is issued.
&F9 reads parameters stored in non-volatile
memory when &F is issued.
$FCn** n = 0 or 1 $FC0 means no transmit of 5 second
2100Hz signal.
