Clean the Media Drive Belt and Encoder 6-5
Media Drive Belt Encoder 5. Open the right-most (user end) access door above the belt
on the output side of the printer.
The encoder is located at the edge of the media drive belt.
6. Remove the four Phillips head screws that attach the cover
to the media drive belt encoder. Set aside the cover and
screws for reinstallation.
