Jam inside the lower left door
Follow these directions to clear jams in lower left door area.

If an optional output device is installed, move it away from the printer. To do
this, stand on the left side of the output device and pull the device straight
toward you.

Open the lower left door.

Pull the jammed media up and out of the printer. Make sure that you have
removed any pieces of torn media.
